We the residence of Suprabhat Housing Colony ,Kirtinagar, Kohojgaon,Ambernath (West),Maharashtra State. Had been residing in this place for nearly 20 years. At that time we passed through tough times on various issues like getting the Postman deliver the letter, getting Gas delivered to our house, getting telephone connections to our place and many such things.

Now that the place has been developed to a very large extend, Its after such long years of struggle, the Ambernath municipality has issued approach roads to our colony, and the Municipal contractor started the work on 20th April 2011 using the Backhoe loader for making a approach road to our area and in the process demolished majority of Foot Steps of houses, Hedgerow, and pulled out the sand and Drumstick trees to level the ground, later after putting the stones in middle of the way no further action in the matter have been taken and further causing inconvenience to the Public.

It is learnt that the developers on the either sides of our colony have pressurized the contractor and the corporator for not making the road, as they claim that the land belongs to them even street light pole which was cemented was asked to be removed. More trouble is awaited once the rain starts. We have all the records and documents which proves we are residing in the right location as per land allotted by the Thane ULC Survey, we had registered a Civil case against the developer in Ulhasnagar Court . Many incidents had taken place in and around this locality related to land grabbing and making Buildings in which various Government departments are involved.

There had been incident that the developer had once even slapped two senior citizen ladies when they protested against using the Backhoe loader into their territory. The main reason of all this is because of the wrong survey conducted by the land survey department of Ambernath

IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST THE CORRUPT OFFICIALS THEN THERE WILL BE MANY MORE INCIDENTS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THIS PLACE, AS THIS IS AN INVOLVEMENT OF POLITICAL AND MONEY POWER. WHERE AN ORDINARY PERSON CANNT FIGHT BACK AGAINST THEM
