How many of us here have tried numerous diets and have failed the same number of times. It’s no secret that the amount of calories people eat and drink has a direct cause on their weight. 3. Protein and Weight: Higher protein diets seem to have some advantages for weight loss, though more so in short-term trials; in longer term studies, high-protein diets seem to perform equally well as other types of diets.
