Baahubali crushes Aamir Khan even before release in China

New Delhi, May 3: After the worldwide success of  S.S. Rajamouli's magnum opus "Baahubali 2: The conclusion" the film is now all set to make it its mark in China tomorrow-May 4. But the latest report suggests that the film has already created a record at the Chinese Box office even before its release by racking in $250K via advance booking and has become number one film in terms of advance booking for all the releases on May 4. Trade analyst Ramesh Bala took it to twitter and wrote, “#Baahubali2 to open in 7,000+ Screens in #China on May 4th. It has already done $250,000 in Pre-sales. No.1 in advance booking for the New movies opening on May 4th.”

"Baahubali 2: The Conclusion" starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia, Ramya Krishna and others, has reportedly completed its 100-day theatrical run successfully in Japan.

The film was released on December 29 last year in Japan and received a very good response.

Baahubali 2 has also beaten Aamir Khan‘s Dangal in round one at the China box office, in terms of garnering a larger screen space in the country while failed to beat Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan. For a record, Bajrangi Bhaijaan garnered 8000 plus screens while Baahubali 2: The Conclusion will be shown on 7000 plus screens, Dangal (7000 screens). Going by film record success around the world we can expect Baahubali 2 to go on a record-breaking run at the Chinese box office.
