BCCI: Indian cricket board to see winds of change under Lodha panel

New Delhi: The RM Lodha-led panel submitted its report to the apex court on Monday.

According to reports, if suggested reforms by Lodha get nod from the apex court, the Indian cricket board will see winds of change.

Here is the list of recommendations from the panel:

Panel gives clean chit to former IPL COO Sunder Raman.

Recommends legalisation of betting. "Legalise betting in cricket but ban cricket officials, administrators, players from indulging in it," says report.

No BCCI office-bearer can hold two posts at the same time.

Panel wants BCCI to come under RTI Act.

In no case President will hold post for more than 2 years.

No office bearer can hold office consecutively for two terms, there has to be cooling off period.
