1. This southpaw has enjoyed has played successfully in all fomats, and very few cricketers can boast about this achievement. 2. He played for India in 2003 is among those few lucky ones who has played in two World Cups.

3. His memorable knock of 97 against Sri Lanka in World Cup 2011 is his most memorable one. 4. Gambhir shares his birthday with former Pakistan wicketkeeper and captain Rashid Latif, Sri Lanka legend Tillakaratne Dilshan and hard-hitting Australian batsman Glenn Maxwell. 5.
