BJP all set to win Assam in early trends

The BJP party is moving ahead in 54 of Assam's 126 seats. It just requires 64 seats to form a government in the state. The party has projected Union Sports Minister Sarbananda Sonowal for the post chief minister against Congress' Tarun Gogoi, who remained CM for the last 15 years.

Meanwhile, BJP party is leading in seven seats in West Bengal while in Kerala the party is leading in two seats. If it holds that, the party will open its account in the state where it has never won an assembly or parliament seat before.
