Chattisgarh: 2 CRPF jawans killed in Sukma encounter

Sukma: Two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans were killed and 14 others were injured in an ongoing encounter between security forces and Maoists in Chhattisgarh's worst Maoist violence-affected Sukma District.

According to reports, the patrol teams encountered multiple ambushes at around 12:30 pm on Thursday.

Security personnel, including those from jawans from CRPF, Commando Battallion for Resolute Action (CoBRA) and state police, are combing the area, and the injured jawans have been sent to a hospital.
