New Delhi, Jan 23: She may be game for big Hollywood movies, but Deepika Padokone is a religions person, everyone knows it. Before all her releases, she makes it a point to visit the Siddhivinayak temple. So as her much-delayed and jinxed project Padmavat is all set to be screened on 25th January, she made it a point to visit Bappa. The media tried its level best to get a comment, but Padmavat Deepika Padukone did not oblige.
Surrounded by security and bouncers, she greeted the crowd with a humble 'namaste' and sank into her car seat. No amount of cajoling could yield a comment from her. This is for obvious reasons, as there is furor across the country against the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Magnum Opus.
Finally the Supeme Court has allowed the release of the film across the nation giving a tight rap to the state governments of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. By allowing the release of the film, SC has also given a clear message to the fringe groups and in the rule of law the law of the land is supreme.
