Delhi HC refuses to interfere in odd-even scheme

New Delhi: The odd-even scheme is a policy decision and was introduced based on the opinion of experts, the Delhi High Court said on Monday while refusing to interfere with the Aam Aadmi Party government's pet project to curb air pollution.

A division bench of Chief Justice G. Rohini and Justice Jayant Nath said it will not "interfere unless the policy is unconstitutional or contrary to the statutory provisions".

The bench held that the pilot project was for a limited 15-day period. IANS
