Delhi on alert: car with Army hospital sticker stolen

New Delhi: Alert was sounded in the national capital after a white Santro car bearing “Army” sticker was stolen from outside the Lodhi Garden on Sunday.

The car bearing the registration number HR 51T 6646 reportedly belongs to an Army doctor.

According to reports, the car had been parked outside the Lodhi Gardens in south Delhi, where the owner had come with his family for a picnic.

An alert has been issued and the security agencies are working towards retrieving the vehicle, which the cops suspect could be used to breach security cordon.

The incident comes after a blue-beacon vehicle of an ITBP IG was stolen from outside his home in Noida sector-23.
