Chennai: Actor Sunil, who will be seen in the yet-untitled Telugu remake of Malayalam hit "2 Countries", says it's an exciting project to be part of. He said he took an instant liking to the script when he watched the original.
"When I watched '2 Countries', I instantly liked it and decided I should be part of the remake. I'm quite excited about the project," Sunil said.
Starring Dileep and Mamta Mohandas, "2 Countries", about a man desperate to shift to Canada, is said to be the third highest grossing film in Malayalam industry.
"This will be the second time I'll be working in the remake of Dileep's film. My earlier film 'Poola Rangadu' was also a remake of one of his films. This project will be a full-fledged entertainer," he said.
To be helmed by N. Shankar, who will also produce, the project will feature music by Gopi Sunder.
