New Delhi, October 25: Savji Dholakiya, chairman of Shri Hari Krishna Exports is again in the news and for the same reason of gifting his employees with huge incentives. This Diwali he has planned to give away 600 cars to his deserving staff.
For the first time, four of the Shri Hari Krishna Exports employees, including a physically challenged female employee, who will be given keys of their new cars by Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself at New Delhi on Thursday. Later on, PM Modi will address the of Shri Hari Krishna Exports through video conferencing at the event organised at the company’s headquarters in Varachha.
Speaking to the media, Dholakiya said that “1,500 employees have qualified this time under company's loyalty programme, out of which 600 have opted for cars while 900 will get fixed deposit certificates. For the first time, our employees will receive car keys and bank certificates from the hands of PM Modi. Four of our employees including a physically challenged daughter have already reached New Delhi. They will be meeting PM at his residence at 10am to get the car keys on Thursday. PM will also address other Hari Krishna employees through video conferencing,” added Dholakiya.
Dholakiya further added that the company will be paying incentives worth close to Rs 50 crores to the workers this year. The company started this ‘loyalty programme’ back in 2011. In the past, the Surat-based merchant had already gifted 500 flats, 525 pieces of diamond jewellery while 200 flats to his employees back in 2014 as Diwali bonus.
