The Bombay High Court will give its verdict on the entry of women in Haji Ali Dargah's sanctum sanctorum on June 28. The court has also been handed over the judgement copy of Shani Shignapur temple as well.
Earlier, the trust of Shani Shignapur temple, Maharashtra had permitted women to enter the temple and pray in the sanctum sanctorum thus putting an end to a 400-year-old tradition.
The Bombay High Court is expected to take a decision on the Haji Ali row keeping in mind the sentiments of all the religions.
The Bombay Hight Court is also waiting for Supreme Court's decision on entry of women of all age group inside the famous Lord Ayappa temple at Sabarimala. Currently, the matter is pending with the Supreme Court.
The Haji Ali Dargah has banned the entry of women since 2012.
