Heavy firing at LoC between India-Pakistan

New Delhi, Sep 27: Wednesday morning saw a heavy exchange of firing between India and Pakistan at Line of Control (LoC).

 The Indian and Pakistan Army traded heavy fire on Wednesday on the LoC in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Police sources said Pakistan Army used mortars, small weapons and automatics to target Indian positions in Shahpur and Balakote areas. "Indian troops are effectively and strongly retaliating. Till last reports came in firing exchanges were going on between the two sides," police sources said.
