New Delhi: Yuvraj Singh will not be a part of the Indian squad for the rest of the World T20 tournament. Manish Pandey has replaced the middle order batsman after he suffered an ankle injury while batting against Australia in Mohali on Sunday, confirmed International Cricket Council (ICC). According to ICC, Yuvraj twisted his ankle while batting in the previous match and has been ruled out of further participation in the tournament.
The 26-year-old Pandey has played two T20Is, which were against Zimbabwe in Harare in July last year. He has also played four ODIs. 2007 T20 World Cup champions India will take on 2012 winners West Indies in the second semi-final at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
