Kangana Ranaut comes out in support of Tanushree's allegation...Know what she has to say

New Delhi, Sep 29, News24 Bureau: Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar sexual harassment case has brought a storm in Bollywood. Tanushree has accused Nana Patekar of trying to misbehave with her on the sets of the movie 'Horn OK please'10 years ago.

Although some big stars are still seen to avoid speaking anything on this issue. Actors like Priyanka Chopra, Swara Bhasker, Richa Chadha, Twinkle Khanna and Sonam Kapoor supported Tanushree. Recently. actress Kangana Ranaut has also openly supported Tanushree.

In an interview given to PinkVilla, Kangana said, "I am not here to pass judgement. That's neither my place nor my intention. I appreciate her courage to speak about alleged harassment that has been caused to her. It's her and the accused’s fundamental right to speak about their experience of the same situation. Such dialogue is very healthy and it will bring about a lot of awareness. Unfortunately, the way most Indian men are raised by their mothers; they even lack basic etiquettes like lifting the lid before peeing."

The actress added Raja beta needs to be told the meaning of ‘NO’ as well. It's in the interest of society that the Raja betas are told what their parents fail to tell them. They must know that the fundamental human rights are the same for men and women."

After the allegation, Nana Patekar also made a statement in this matter. Nana dismissed all the allegations of Tanushree saying, "What does sexual abuse mean?" Fifty to hundred people were present on the set. I'll take legal action about it."

Not only that Tanushree has also accused director Vivek Agnihotri that during the shooting of a film, there was no need of Tanushree, even though she was asked to take off clothes and dance. But the film's cast Irfan Khan and Sunil Shetty objected to this and prevented Vivek from doing so.
