Kapil Sharma shocks India, promotes Pakistan Super League

Mumbai, Feb 22: Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma may have landed himself in fresh controversy. Even while he is readying himself for a comeback on Indiot Box, Kapil was seen promoting Pakistan Super League ( Pak form of IPL) in Dubai at a time when Indo-Pak relations are all-time low after repeated terror attacks by Pak-sponsored terrorists in Kashmir.

The comedian performed for PSL franchise Peshawar Zalmi just before start of PSL season 3. The nnew season starts today with the first match between newcomers Multan Sultans and current champions Peshawar Zalmi. In his performance Kapil was at his wittiest best while he interacted with
with cricketers Darren Sammy, Kamran Akmal and Mohammad Hafeez. Geo TV termed the interactions as hillarious.

In his characteristic style, Kapil tried his tricks with Zalmi skipper Sammy, by asking, "Why do people call you Khan?". The response matched the question. "It's because of Afridi. And also, maybe, because I'm from Peshawar," replied the West Indian. Kapil also interacted with other Zalmi team members in similar fashion.
