Kareena hopes to work in the industry for another two decades!

On completing about 18 years in the industry, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan says her journey in the film industry has been enriching and she would like to work another two decades in Bollywood.

"It's been amazing and I would say enriching. It has been 18 years and still counting. I hope to work for another two decades," Kareena told IANS in an interview here.

Kareena made her acting debut in 2000 with "Refugee", has many successful films like "Jab We Met", "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham", "Talaash: The Hunt Begins...", "Yuva", "Omkara" and "Udta Punjab", to her credit. She has truly taken her lineage ahead with her work and is also considered one of the most intuitive yet methodical actresses. She hasn't been afraid to experiment.

Kareena, however, started out with only her family name backing her. Initially her career didn't have any big success. Being a smart learner, she made her way slowly into the good books of Yash Raj Production House, then with Karan Johar,Rohit Shetty, since then there hasn't been a turning back for her.

Thus, on her rocky road towards stardom, Kareena seems unpertrubbed. To which she says, "I've never taken my success and my failure too seriously. I'm fine with it all. If the movie is a success then great, if it doesn't that's also fine. I just love my job. The concept is in doing something that I love the most and that's acting and it is more important than success or failure. Most people don't get the opportunity to truly like their job but I do and that is my achievement," Kareena said.

The Kapoor sisters are known for their hardworking attitude and dedication towards their work. While some may have thought that motherhood might have changed Kareena Kapoor's work life, the actress says that it hasn't affected her professional life much. She said that she has always been a family oriented person, so since the start of her career she has managed to balance between work and family.

She said, "My family is my priority. I am ambitious, but I've always had time for my family. For me, it's isn't always like work, work, work, I think I have managed to balance between my professional life and personal life since the starting of my career." The actress was back fulfilling her professional commitments the very next month after having her son Taimur in December 2016.

About two months after Taimur, she was back in the gym, working it out for her first film post delivering. She is to be seen next in Shashanka Ghosh's "Veere Di Wedding", a romantic comedy co-starring Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania, set for June 1. We are excited to see Bebo back!
