Bengaluru: The Karnataka state board class 12 chemistry examination, which was scheduled for March 31, has been cancelled again following paper leak.
The Karnataka Pre-University Course Board chemistry exam was originally scheduled for March 2. However, it got rescheduled to March 31 after the exam paper leak.
Later, the Department of Pre-University Education (DPUE) cancelled the examination again after it detected a fresh question paper leak on Thursday.
The department will soon announce the date fror next re-examination.
Meanwhile, angry students and parents are protesting against the board and demanding resignation of Education Minister K. Ratnakar.
The Karnataka state board pre-University chemistry exam is equivalent to class 12th in central school exam and has over 6.5 lakh students appearing in this academic session.
