Kashmir crisis: All party meet today to discuss cut in perks of separatists

New Delhi: Today all party delegation they went to kashmir valley will meet today, it is the meeting is likely to discuss govt proposal to tide over kashmir crisis. The Central government has decided to take a tough stand on Hurriyat and other separatist leaders. The options being considered include withdrawal of special treatment being given to separatist leaders in terms of security and vehicles. A dossier is being prepared on the government spending on the separatists. However, the government is likely to hold talks with the agitating youths in an effort to bring them back in the mainstream.

On the other hand government has made it clear that there will be no compromise on the issue of terrorism and anti-India tirade. "Those disrupting law and order including stone pelters and mob inciters need to be dealt with seriously,” said highly placed sources. IB, J&K police and MHA are of the same view and believe that leniency should not be shown to those breaking law and order in the Valley.“The Central Government has decided to come down hard on violators but at the same time ensure that a common man is not harassed,” said sources.

It is believed that these issues were discussed when Home Minister Rajnath Singh briefed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the all-party delegation's visit to the Kashmir Valley.

Sources have said that the government proposals and strategy will be discuss at the all party meeting today The meeting will be chaired by Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
