Kohli's fifty helps India register comfortable win over Pakistan

Kolkata: Virat Kohli's power-packed half century helped India register a comfortable six-wicket victory over arch-rivals Pakistan in a rain-curtailed Super 10s match at Eden Gardens here on Saturday.

Kohli, who came in to bat at number 3, scored an unbeaten 55 off 37 deliveries, making it look quite easy for India to achieve the 119-run target.

Earlier, put in to bat, Pakistan could manage to score 118 runs in their 18 overs with the help of Shoaib Malik's 26 - the top scorer from the visitors' side.
