A trader at a London-based investment bank has gone missing in Greenland after he went on an adventure holiday on his own, local media reported on Tuesday.
Romeo Cheung, who works at RBS Capital Markets, has been missing for more than 2 weeks. Family and friends have said that he last contacted them to say he had arrived in Greenland without bag and baggage and was about to board a helicopter to see glaciers.
He is an alumnus of Imperial College Business School in London in 2012-13 before launching his career in the UK as a trader with Gambit Research and has been a 'Structured Product Trader' at Canada's RBS Capital Markets for the last two years and four months. He was missing since July 17th and was supposed to have been back at work the following day, which was Monday last week.
