Malaika is known for flaunting her curves with elan, be it off or on the screen. She is looked upto my many as a fashion idol. Such words of encouragement from her could cause more than a dent in the mindset of those people who hold the popular belief that skinny is in. She is a known face on both the big and small screen. She started her career as a VJ on MTV and made numerous appearances as a judge on many a reality show on TV. 

Actress Malaika Arora Khan, known for promoting fitness, says people should embrace their curves and flaws, and love themselves the way they are.

"Embrace your curves, your flaws, your cellulite and your stretch marks. And love yourself," Malaika has said. 

Malaika follows a diet of moderation and eats everything in moderate amounts. She follows a five meal plan with nutrient rich foods. 

She doesn’t get much time to go to a gym but she tries to train at least three days per week for an hour and a half to maintain her enviable curves. Malaika Arora workout regime includes: 

  • She does 20 minutes of cardio exercises

  • She also practices boxing

  • She includes aerobics and hip-hop to ensure she’s working on different parts of her body every time

  • She love to go for a jog or a swim whenever she feels bored by her routine

  • She also dances to stay fit she practice different dance forms like Bharatnatyam, Jazz Ballet and Russian Ballet.
