Delhi, March 30 (IANS) Actor Ayushmann Khurrana says the shoot for his nexNew t movie "Manmarziyan" was halted due to "creative differences" between the director and producer, but the shoot will resume from August.
According to media reports, producer Aanand L. Rai was unhappy with the way the film was shaping up under Sameer Sharma's direction. In fact, the team shot a schedule in Shimla, and later in Punjab, but Rai decided to put the
film on hold.
The movie is giving Ayushmann a chance to be seen on screen again with his "Dum Laga Ke Haisha" co-star Bhumi Pednekar, whose character will be completely opposite of Sadhana -- the role she essayed in the Sharat Katariya directorial.
"Manmarziyan" has been shot in Punjab and the "Nautanki Saala!" star assures that the classic love story will show the "authenticity of Punjab".
