Nepal targets Pak: 'Countries should not allow terror activities on their soil'

New Delhi: Nepal on Sunday, while officially announcing the postponement of 19th SAARC Summit, targeted Pakistan without naming it. "All countries in the region should ensure their soil is not used for terror activities," Nepal foreign ministry said.

As current chair of SAARC, Nepal said that it will start talks with all members to decide a fresh date for the SAARC Summit. 

After Uri attack, India had announced boycott of the meet in Islamabad. Similar announcements were then made by Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. (Agencies)
