New Delhi: Nepalese Prime Minister K.P. Oli, who is on a six-day visit to India, will be accorded ceremonial welcome at the foregrounds of the Rashtrapati Bhavan today.
Later, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will call on PM Oli, following which he will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Hyderabad House.
His meeting with PM Modi will be followed by delegation-level talks and exchange of agreements on various issues including bilateral cooperation in diverse areas, including developmental assistance, energy and connectivity.
The Prime Minister will also host a banquet for him.
In the evening, there will be calls by the Minister of Home Affairs Rajnath Singh and Minister of Finance Arun Jaitley on Prime Minister Oli.
Besides, Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari will receive Prime Minister Oli. Thereafter, he will be meeting President Pranab Mukherjee.
Nepalese PM KP Oli arrived in India on Friday evening. He is being accompanied by his spouse Radhika Shakya and a high-level delegation comprising Deputy Prime Minister Kamal Thapa, Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel and Home Minister Shakti Bahadur Basnet among others.
