New Delhi, October 11: HMD Global on Thursday launched the Nokia 3.1 Plus, the latest Nokia smartphone has come as a successor to the Nokia 3.1 that was launched in May this year. The Nokia 3.1 Plus is also a part of Google's Android One programme that will offer guaranteed monthly security updates for three years and OS updates for two years. Apart from the Nokia 3.1 Plus, the company also launched the Nokia 8110 4G 'Banana' phone.
Nokia 3.1 Plus price in India
The Nokia 3.1 Plus with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage variant will be available at Rs 11,499 while the price of model with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage is yet to be revealed. The smartphone will go through sale starting October 19 via all major offline stores and the online Nokia store. The smartphone will come in colour options of Blue, White, and Baltic. The company has also tied up with Airtel to offer 1TB of free data.
Nokia 3.1 Plus specifications
The Nokia 3.1 Plus will feature a 6-inch HD+ IPS display, 2.5D glass but without any display notch. The smartphone will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) SoC paired with 2GB and 3GB RAM options. For photography, the smartphone will sport a dual camera setup at rear that will include a 13MP and a 5MP camera For selfies, it will sport a 8MP camera at the front.
The Nokia 3.1 Plus will come with 16 GB and 32 GB internal memory options while both can be expanded upto 400 GB via micro SD card.
The smartphone will run on Android Oreo and will be backed by a 3,500mAh battery.
