New Delhi, May 15: HMD backed Nokia is all set to unveil its new Nokia X or Nokia X6 at an event on May 16 in Beijing. This smartphone will be the first smartphone to flag off the series. There have been several leaks around that gives us a hint about the pricing and design of the Nokia X6 ahead of the launch. The upcoming Nokia X6 was also been spotted on Geekbench revealing specification details.
A screenshot of a poster image was also shared on Weibo revealing that the Nokia X6's 4GB RAM, 64GB storage variant could be priced at CNY 1,499 which roughly calculates to Rs. 15,900. The latest price that has surfaced online is slightly less than what was previously leaked which was CNY 1,600 which is approximately Rs. 16,900.
Apart from the price the screenshot also revealed the specifications of Nokia X6 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, as per the leaked image, Nokia X6 is seen sporting a glass back, a notch display, and a dual camera setup at the vertical position with a fingerprint scanner at the back.
As per the Geekbench listing, the smartphone will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 636 processor, 6GB of RAM, and will run on Android 8.1 Oreo.
While some previous reports suggested that the upcoming Nokia X6 could feature a 5.8-inch full-HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 or a MediaTek Helio P60 SoC, paired with 4GB/ 6GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB inbuilt storage. For photography, the phone might sport a12-megapixel Carl Zeiss lens.
