Pak artists: Don't give work permits, Censor board chief tells Govt

New Delhi: The controversy over banning Pakistan artists like Fawad Khan refuses to die down. After Salman's support for Pak artists, Censor Board chief Pehlaj Nihalani has said that government should not give work permit to Pakistan artists.
“Direct import from Pakistan into India is prohibited. Since movies are exported and imported between India and Pakistan through Dubai, how is it that Pakistani actors have been getting work permits to work in Mumbai? Not just actors, but all professionals from Pakistan must be prohibited from working in India until relations between the two countries improve,” Nihalani said. Nihalani had earlier said that ban on Pakistan artists will result in losses for Bollywood.
