Railway to launch app for food quality and overcharging complaint

Travelling is most probably the utmost way to escape from busy schedules of day-to-day chores and taking public transportation as the mode of travel might neither bore you nor burn your pocket. But what if traveling in public transport, especially Railways, becomes a nightmare?

After consuming worst-ever food in all the meals, the so-called vendors came to ask for money.

People often get offended by the behaviours of so-called vendors along with their fake servicing objects. Right from providing water bottles to a cup of tea, is falsely over-priced and of bad quality.

The Railway Ministry is now going to launch an app informing the genuine price of foods. As the ministry has already more than one lakh complaints per month of overcharging.

According to officials, it's the responsibility of vendors to provide foods according to the fixed rate by railways.
