New Delhi, Jan 26: After receiving treatment for a blister on his foot, Hyeon Chung has retired from the semi-finals of the Australian Open. Federer will face Cilic in Australian Open final after blister forces Chung to retire.
His opponent, Roger Federer, world number 2, is through to the finals where he will play Marin Cilic in what is being deemed as a repeat of the Wimbledon final in 2017.
Chungs claps to the crowd as he walks off, and they respond in kind. It's been a great run for the Korean, but this isn't the way he will have wanted it to finish.
The finals will be played on Sunday.
