Mumbai: Soon after comedian Kapil Sharma tweeted about BMC and alleged that he has been asked for a RS 5,00,000 bribe, it has created a political storm. MNS has threatened that if Kapil Sharma did not apologise, it will not allow to run his programme's shooting.
The MNS activists created a ruckus at his flat in Oshiwara following which the security of his house has been beefed up.
RTI activist Asad Patel has also filed a written FIR against Kapil Sharma in the Versova police station. The FIR states charges including illegal possession and harm to the natural environment. According to Asad Patel, “Kapil Sharma is public image and he should not behave in this fashion.
