Spurt in chikungunya cases: CPI-M attacks AAP, BJP

New Delhi: CPI(M) today lambasted AAP and BJP for their "insensitive" attitude towards the "worsening" health situation in the national capital and asked them to step up medical facilities ending their "petty" bickering.

"CPI(M) condemns the insensitive attitude of both AAP and BJP on the worsening health situation in the national capital.

"AAP and BJP must end their petty bickering and step up the medical facilities to face the emergency situation," KM Tiwari, secretary, Delhi state committee said in a statement.

11 persons have died due to chikungunya complications in Delhi, which is grappling with a severe health crisis.
