UP: Muslim girls' school prohibited from hoisting tricolor

Dankaur: Tension erupted in Greater Noida's Dankaur after some extremists opposed flag hoisting at muslim girls school on the occasion of India’s 67th Republic Day.

According t reports, the incident occurred when school authority went ahead to install an iron rod to fix the flag in the school compound.

They were heckled by some miscreants and threatened to leave the place.

Following the incident, the police swung into action and warned that if anyone tried to oppose the hoisting of the national flag on Republic Day, they will have to face serious consequences.

Reports claim that these extremists were also raising questions over teaching Hindi and English.
