There is a bright ray of hope for those whose hopes were fading away into the oblivion since more than a decade now. Here comes the big news, which comes as a whiff of fresh air for the arid hopefuls who were reeling under the double pressure of paying the rent and the EMIs at the same time.
From the platform of Manthan Uttar Pradesh, an initiative taken by News24 on the completion of 100 days of the Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh. This is happening for the first time that the aggreived flat buyers, who were rudderless since more than a decade are being assured by Satish Mahana, Minister of Industrial Development in the Government of Uttar Pradesh from the prestigious platform of Manthan Uttar Pradesh that their flats will be handed over to them by 2018.
The minster assured that builders will be told to handover the flats or else they will be sent to the jail.
He added that the Yogi government is very restless and wants to find a solution to the problems of honest home buyers.
He said, "We are frustrated because we really want to solve the problem of those who have been duped by the builders.We will give possession to all hopeful home buyers by 2018."
He further assured, "We promise to make a beautiful structure out of the ruins that has been handed over to us by previous government. All the honest buyers who had dream for their homes will get one now. We are committed to correct all anomalies.
