News24 has the exclusive tape of his conversation with an army officer just a few minutes before he succumed to their bullets.
For him the Indian Army was the enemy number one. Acting on specific information, the security forces surrounded the Hakripora village on Tuesday morning upon which they were fired at by the militants resulting in the LeT’scommander’s death.
Last year Abu Dujana had called upon the locals to take the fight to the Indian army.
The most wanted militant commander in the state, Dujana was a resident of Gilgit-Baltistan and operated out of the Pulwama region in South Kashmir. Dujana joined Lashkar-e-Tayiba when he was 17. He rose to higher rank very fast as he was considered very sharp by the outfit.
After the death of Abu Qasim , he was the obvious choice to lead the militant outfit.
