New Delhi: On Monday, national carrier Air India became the first carrier to serve lunch and dinner thalis and tea in kulhads on board flights.
The thali offers seven items including rice, dal, salad, yogurt, a vegetable sabzi, roti, bread and a choice of paneer or chicken.
According to reports, the new additions were received well on Day one.
For the time being only Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi sector flights passengers are enjoying this new addition to the menu.
However, subsequently, extensions will be made to other metro sector flights too.
