Lemon juice is one common ingredient that is found in every household. Lemons are a rich source of vitamin C and help the body to maintain pH levels, flush out toxins and reduce inflammation in joints.
They also protect the body against immune system deficiencies and aid digestion.
So here is one easy solution to five problems that we face in winters:
Mix salt, ground pepper and juice from one lemon and gurgle. It’s easy and totally effective!
