Washington: Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been targeted by a notorious group of hackers. According to media reports, this notorious group of hackers are accused of committing some of the biggest scams in the digital domain in the recent past.
The digital attack on Tesla CEO Elon Musk was carried out by an anonymous account which has targeted several organizations including PayPal and Scientology.
The hackers' have slammed Elon Musk in their latest video, and have claimed that the power he has over cryptocurrency markets and the arrogant way in which he uses that power has become too much.
They hackers claimed that Elon Musk is not concerned about the environment although he has raised concerns about the environment in his public statements.
The anonymous account also termed Elon Musk as arrogant and claimed that he suffers from a "superiority complex" and that he is harming working class people with his crypto trolling.
The anonymous account also termed Elon Musk as an enemy of the common man.
Elon Musk had recently announced that Tesla will no longer accept bitcoin as payment for its cars. According to Elon Musk, this decision arose out of a concern that Bitcoin payments will contribute to greater consumption of fossil fuels. Tesla had started accepting bitcoin as payment in March this year.
The announcement was made by Elon Musk in a statement on Twitter last Wednesday.
Elon Musk has also said that Tesla will no longer sell any of the USD 1.5 billion stashes of bitcoin it had purchased during the early stages of 2021. earlier this year. Some of those bitcoins were sold by Tesla during the first quarter of 2021.
Elon Musk has also hyped another cryptocurrency, Dogecoin, in recent times. However, Tesla has not yet invested in that.
