New Delhi, Jan 25: We all know HMD Global plans to launch Nokia 9, Nokia 1, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 3310 4G version at Mobile World Congress 2018 which is scheduled next month but there is something more special that the company will come up with later this year. If reports to be believed, HMD Global will launch a Nokia phone with penta lens- a Nokia Android phone with five cameras at the back.
However, not much of the info available about the new penta lens mobile but the information has come from a source close to Foxconn's R&D business. HMD Global is closely working with Foxconn to launch new Nokia smartphones and this makes the leak more reliable.
The report also suggests that the upcoming penta-lens Nokia phone will feature a circular housing with seven holes in the middle. Out of the seven holes, five will accommodate the camera lenses, while the other two will be for LED flash. As per reports, the new phone will look very much like the Nokia OZO VR camera.
As far as the reports are concerned, the company has already designed the smartphone and is expected to start testing it very soon. The device name still unknown and could to be powered by Snapdragon 845 processor.
